# About Riley Leff

🤝🏻 What's up big dog, I'm **Riley Leff**.

I'm a PhD Candidate in the biology department at George Washington University. I study plant ecophysiology as a way to understand how complex systems compress information, learn from feedback, and respond to uncertainty.

When I'm not in the lab or field, I'm playing basketball, building some kind of gadget or program, making weird little songs, hanging out with my cats, and checking out art around DC.
